What is a Pet Med Box?
A Pet Med Box is a patent pending, veterinarian-approved box that contains pre-dosed prescription medications and care supplies tailored specifically to your pet’s needs. Each kit is curated to help address common health issues — right from home.
How do I get a box?

- Virtual Vet Review – A licensed veterinarian reviews your pet’s information via telemedicine and determines what medications are safe and appropriate.
- Personalized box – Your kit is assembled with prescription medications selected and dosed specifically for your pet.
- Delivered to Your Door – Your box ships directly to your home, ready when you need it.
What’s inside the box?
Each box may include a combination of:
- Prescription oral medications
- Topical treatments or medicated wipes/sprays
- Medicated shampoos or ear cleaners
- Probiotics, supplements, or testing supplies
- Easy-to-follow instructions
Contents vary by kit type (GI, Allergy, Ear, Skin, etc.) and by your pet’s individual needs.
Is this safe for my pet?
Yes. All prescription medications are reviewed and approved by a licensed veterinarian and selected based on your pet’s history, weight, and risk factors.
What if my pet has allergies or other conditions?
Your pet’s medical history is carefully reviewed before anything is prescribed. Certain medications may be excluded if they are not appropriate for your pet.
Can I use the box anytime?
Your kit is designed to help manage specific conditions when they arise. If your pet’s symptoms are severe, worsening, or you’re unsure what to do, you should always contact a veterinarian for in-person evaluation.
What states do you ship to?
At this time, we are only able to ship prescription kits to states that legally allow a virtually established Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR): AZ, CA, DC, FL, ID, NJ, OH, VA, VT. If your state is not currently eligible, please check back soon — we are actively expanding and adding new states as regulations evolve.
Do I still need a regular vet?
Absolutely. These kits are meant to support your pet’s care — not replace routine veterinary visits or emergency treatment when needed.
How often can I order?
You can order kits as needed or set up refills depending on the program you choose.
